Our priority is to ensure that each piece reaches you in perfect condition and meets the standards of excellence that characterize our brand.
Please read our Returns and Refunds Policy carefully, as it sets out the terms under which we process any requests related to returns, replacements, or refunds.
1. General Return Policy
Each piece of jewelry we create is unique and made of 10k, 14k, or 18k gold. Being a noble and delicate material, any manipulation or use after purchase may alter its properties and authenticity. For this reason, Gnels Inc. does not accept returns under any circumstances ; all sales are final .
This applies to:
- Gold or silver jewelry (with or without precious stones).
- Products on sale, at a discount, or on clearance.
- Purchases both online and in our physical store.
2. Refund Policy
Gnels Inc. will only process refunds in strictly justified cases where the error is solely attributable to our company . This includes:
Products delivered incorrectly (model, size, metal type other than the one requested)
Product with verifiable manufacturing defects
No refunds will be made in the following cases:
Customer change of mind
Incorrect selection of size, model, material or design at the time of purchase
Misuse or damage caused by the customer
Custom order according to customer specifications
Incorrect address or shipping information entered by the customer
Rejection of the package upon delivery without valid cause attributable to Gnels Inc.
3. Process for Requesting a Refund
If you believe your case meets the criteria mentioned in the previous section, you must follow the following procedure within 3 calendar days of receiving the request :

Include:
Order number
Full name and contact information
Clear photographs of the product received
Detailed description of the problem
Proof that the error was caused by Gnels Inc.
Our customer service team will evaluate your case and respond within a maximum of 5 business days .
4. Refund Review and Approval
Once the application has been received and the evidence verified, Gnels Inc. reserves the right to:
Accept the claim and offer a partial or full refund
Offer a replacement of the product at no additional cost
Reject the claim if it is determined that the error was not the company's responsibility
If a refund is approved, it will be processed only through the original payment method and within 5 to 10 business days , depending on the bank or payment processor.
5. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect (not due to accidental damage or misuse), you must report it immediately by following the above process. Claims will not be accepted after 3 days of delivery .
6. Customized Products
All personalized, engraved, or custom-made products are final sale. They are not eligible for return or refund unless a documented error has been made by Gnels Inc.
7. Shopping in a Physical Store

This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Florida , including the Florida Deceptive and Unfair Trade Practices Act (FDUTPA) . Its interpretation and enforcement shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts in Orange County, Florida .
